Ok Mom, the secret item was the 3 cloth pumkins sitting next to Blake. The Skeleton gloves were a gift to Blake from Big Grandma that she purchased on our Target trip.
The 4-Wheeler was a big hit. Grand Dad and Blake even took it for a spin at night to try and find some wild hogs. They didn't see any hogs but did report seeing 8 Doe.
Here is a picture of Blake fishing for the first time at my company picnic at Lonesome Dove Ranch in Southlake, TX. He may not have had any luck with the fish but his Bingo card won him a $30 gift certificate to Target where he spent it all on Thomas the Train stuff. Surprise, Surprise!
Stehle and her dad on a two man kayak in St. Charles Bay near Rockport, Texas.
This was so much fun, however there was a bit of a storm overhead which cut the ride a little short. We didn't want to become fried fish from the lightning.
This day was Robbie's favorite. He loved seeing Blake have fun at the beach. The water was shallow enough that Blake was able to walk out the length of a football field with mom, dad and grandma. Oh, and we had to feed the Seaguls of course!
Since I don't like spending time in the kitchen, Blake has never licked the icing off a beater before. (I know that's terrible)But thanks to Grandma making my birthday cake, he got the opportunity.
All I can say is that Robbie was a proud dad at the sight of this. For those who don't know, the two sweathearts are Maddie and Vivi, they are my best friend Dori's nieces. We were in Addison for the Kaboomtown Fireworks display.
Well, I am going to attempt to keep family up to date on whats going on in the Yarbrough family through pictures and little notes. I hope I am talented enough to make it work and stay up to date, only time will tell. For those of you who log on I hope you enjoy!
